Dragging a window and selecting multiple layers in the panel is not possible. I’m sure it used to be?
It’s a useful thing.
You can Shift+click to select multiple contiguous layers. You can Ctrl+click to select multiple discontiguous layers. (Windows here, not sure about Mac). Not sure you could ever window select in the layer panel though.

Yes, I see that now, works as long as you start the window in some blank space below the bottom layer - otherwise you end up dragging the layers around. Never used it that way. True, looks like it no longer works in V8. Another possible side-effect of the ETO transition.

Another thing whilst we’re on layers… This may have already changed. On the odd occasion I remember accidentally hitting the layer name tab and the layers get sorted alphabetically…. Messing up my layer structure!
Is there a way to sort layers and get back previous the structure?
