Wind ‘Factor’ slider is set to zero.
Hidden wires hide the logic. And you didn’t internalize your geometry (or post a Rhino file).
Even if I increase the Factor value, the wind is not reflected. The rhino file also attached.

Can’t open your Rhino v8 file (I’m on 7) so don’t have access to your geometry. But your wind is definitely blowing
