Why won't my curves map to a curved surface?

hi, these curves map to my 100% flat surface, but not the curved one. can someone help me figure out what is wrong?

the file was from another post and I did some mumbo jumbo
to fix my grasshopper(I hope I did

I’ve tried remaking the surface in Rhino but I was afraid of messing with code too much because I like the pattern and I’m still learning what part does what here

the problem is you are casting non-planar curves as Surfaces, which produce Null results:

is there a way that I could make it work? because I would kind of want them as surfaces
