Why the text can't to fit in the block?

I use Rhino 6 SR6 2018-6-12 (Rhino 6, 6.6.18163.7531)

Hi.
Thanks for sending the file.
It looks like a bug related to the block scale.
This title block is reduced by 1/50.

When the block is edit and and the margins on the annotation are changed, it does save it.
So I will get it reported and post the tracking number soon.

Hi - I see that the bug report has just been opened to the public.
The release target is Rhino 7 and is still open at this time.
