Why _SoftTransform is limited to meshes?

Hi All,

I wonder why _SoftTransform command is limited to meshes and can’t be used to transform control points of curves and surfaces?

Thanks @Michael_Pryor, apparently there are commands for each kind of entity, but from my point of view could be better having just one command for control points of all kind of item, like the T-Splines manipulator.

I think because they have different options and restrictions per command, usually combo commands are more universal. For Instance, there is Offset Curve and Offset Surface, not just “Offset” because they have different options.
