Why is my Split Brep not work for all ends?

Why is my Split Brep not work for all ends? There seem to fully intersect but still dont cut all parts on the top and middle part of the tree.

Looks like a flawed assumption in your Dispatch pattern, replaced by EL Sort cluster. (yellow group)
