Why is my mesh not showing up correctly for 3d printing

Hello guys,
in these figures you see I’ve got a tube that I closed with a plane and extruded outwardly with a specific dimension and trimmed a fitting into it, but as I import it into a 3d printing interface, apparently the hole within this extrusion doesn’t show up, any clue why or how to fix it ?

in the following images, you can see that in the 3d printing interface it’s considering the junction part between fitting and mesh as enclosed and filling it with material, though on rhino it’s a continuous hole.

Any clue how to fix this ?

Your mesh is probably open, non-manifold and/or has some errors that are confusing the slicer. Only way to know is if you can post the file here. Was this mesh created from a Rhino surface model or did it originate as a mesh part?

this is the rhino file, it has both parts, the initial mesh comes in mesh, however i added everything else from lid, extrusion, and fitting.
