The one on left is called Explode. It explodes a curve (input C) into smaller segments.
The other one is called Deconstruct Brep nowadays. In a past Grasshopper version, it might have been called Explode (?) and renamed later. Either-way, it deconstructs / explodes a Brep (input B) into its constituent parts.
