Why, I can't tick the multi-gpu on the Cycles option on rhino wip?

I only tick one gpu ont the rhino 7 wip (lastest version), can’t to tick multi.

How can I do it on line command?

I need to revisit the multi-device part, as I currently don’t have such a setup myself. I probably accidently broke this during winter whilst updating our Cycles codebase.
