Why Fillet edge behave like this?

I want to fillet the edges, but to be continuos and not to make copies of the fillets.

you’re telling it to do things which aren’t geometrically possible… for instance:

if you tried to draw that manually, you’d be able to see why it’s failing…

if you use a fillet radius of .025 on your model, it will succeed:


if your fillet radii are important that you must do exactly, you may do a step by step approach as in the file.
