When I open a Rhino file in Revit, I can typically save it if I change anything shortly after opening. But after a while, maybe 30 minutes or so, if I try to save it I get a message pop-up saying the file is read-only and cannot be saved. Is this expected behavior? Is there a way around it?
That shouldn’t be happening. What environment are you working network wise? This sounds like something a pesky cloud drive might do. Do you have .rhl files active?
That could be the case because both the Rhino and Revit files are being opened from DropBox…but I still thought the DropBox files were saved locally and then opened. I do have the RHL files checked.
