An extra click is now required to finalise the fillet and only one fillet can be performed at a time. At the very least a “multiple” option should be available. (I realise R7 can perform only one fillet at a time also, but repeating last command has become second nature.)
The preview on fillet is done by request of many. That being said it is counter productive if you know what you want. You can bypass the preview with this macro, the asterisk is optional of course:
