White rectangle and white horizon

Why are these a thing in iRhino rendered view when they’re not on the desktop?

The horizon I can (almost) understand but the white rectangle I don’t get at all.

Hi,
Can you post a screenshot so I understand what you’re referring to.

Sure, here’s a Rhino screenshot:

And here’s the same in iRhino:

Note that the rectangle color isn’t just around the model, but also above the horizon:

None of that is visible on the desktop (which is good as it’s distracting to me).

Now I’m following, thanks
It’s definitely a bug. Logged here: RV-1314

Would you be able to share the model or a simplified model that shows the same problem? If we can reproduce it it probably can be fixed.

For me, it’s pretty much any file.

Weird, I can’t reproduce this on my device

Can you try resetting your rendered display mode? display modes are saved on your device and it’s possible the rendered display mode changed intentionally or not.

You can do so with model in Rendered mode by going to Setting > Display > Restore Defaults

Or simply deleting the app and reinstalling it

That did nothing, unfortunately (and both regular version and WIP is the same).

My device, just in case:

That was going to be my next question. Let me see if I can find a device similar to yours

I found an iPad Pro 12.9 inch (4th gen) and can repeat the issue you’re seeing on that device.
No solution yet but we’re investigating
