Hi,
I have stills taken from an old B/W movie of an object rotating,
Thus I have a walkaround of sorts, where the background remains static and the object is seen from many angles.
Ideal for creating a model.
I try Hitem3D, it allows 1 image,
others 1 image.
some 3 images.
who the heck dreamt these up that they dont want lots of helpful images ?
I can supply a far better set for accurate result, yet they dont want such.
Just which AI prog allows 50 or so images ?
Agisoft ..but every image would need the background removing, so it then looks as if I walked round the object. Otherwise its trying to create the entire scene and an irritating item is rotating spoling its attempt, and anyway the rest of the scene isn’t altering, so it cant cope at all. I dont have time to mask 10 images, as I also have a sequence of the item elevating. clip1
then I have clip2, same item different day. and clip 3, the more the merrier all aspects covered.
Its a poor definition set of stills, no fine detail, just shapes. and Agisoft needs fine detail. AI can handle that, it can make detail from where there isnt any ! so It will cope with these very low res shots.
After the 3D model is made I will import it, and use it as a basis for an engineering item, .reverse engineer it.
but just what AI prog will allow a feed of many pics, and can be told to model the object, that is the foreground item., ignore the two human operators, these progs can understand text.
