There’s no built-in asset library in Rhino, unfortunately. I wish there was. I sometimes use GrabCAD.

Design Connected. model + model. CGTrader. TurboSquid. And many other vendors. Try using a web browser and search engine of your choice.

If you don’t mind mesh files there’s often a lot of free assets for blender. Else yeah…grabcad or similar sites.

And since we can easily import *.ksp-files, 3D Warehouse is also a possibility.
