Where can I find the "AutoPull" command/option for SubD? I can see it in help file but I can't find it in R7WIP

Hi everyone,
In help file for " Mesh Utilities" , I found the option of “AutoPull”, which I am eager for, as shown below.
autopull
However, I can’f find it in R7WIP. Is there any suggestion for it?
