when i snap to any view in perspective viewport , it automatically zoom in so close that every time i have to zoom out back to ratio it was originally on perspective view . how can i snap with out zoomin?

I would disable all 3rd party plug-ins and restart Rhino to see if that changes things.
Apart from that, you are running a cracked version of Rhino and we have no way of knowing what has happened with that…
