When meshes far from the coordinate origin ,The meshes are out of shape
Why?
Objects that are extremely far (millions of units) from the world origin suffer from display and precision problems due to the polygon mesh vertex locations being represented by a single precision number. This affects the appearance of shading and rendering and the appearance of polygon mesh objects.
i know this is an old long talked about issue. but are there any ideas for the future, how to improve rhino without having to go through such extra kung fu? can the display function locally according to the viewport for example?
ps: why do i get an edited sign after 2 minutes of changing, usually i can edit till 5 minutes after the post
