When I render an object in Ruby material, there is no color in Rhino Render. Renders are white and opaque. In Rhino 5 I had options.

Yes, it’s colourless in rendered view, but coloured in raytraced. McNeel talk about this and show how to get colour in Ruby in rendered view in one of their SubD videos. See https://youtu.be/nAa9x3VwhIw from around 25:09 onward.
