When i open rhino my screens turn off

I need help!

My computer screens turn off and go into screen saver mode (but essentially turns completely off) while my computer stays on. I can’t seem to do anything to turn the screens back on without turning the computer completely off and on again.

When the computer screens cut off I can still listen to whatever I was listening to on the headphones which means the computer is still turned on. Additionally, the screens cut off when I open a file (not specific to it’s size at all) or when I am just using Rhino 8.

Can you open Rhino in Safe Mode? (search for Rhino in Safe Mode in Windows start)

If you get it open please run SystemInfo in the Rhino command line.

Does your video card meet the system requirements?
