Your video drivers are from 2021 and “7.4 GB” of RAM is not really adequate for Rhino on Windows 11, not to actually do any work. And where’s the rest of SystemInfo?
mm do i need to change video driver and ram?
i just tested with tooltip option and i figuered that it happens when i turn on any of Distance,Pont,relative point and angle , command prompt. osnap and autosuppress is fine with its a mystery
