When I adjust OpenGL 1.1 or OpenGL 2.1 and use the ruler feature

Hi, I do see a difference with a black background - the R8 curve becomes very spidery:

However, you can make it look like the R5 curve without having to downgrade the OpenGL level:

Go into Options and experiment with the Scale setting here:


Something between 2 and 2.5 (the default being 1) appears to match R5 on a 1920x1080 monitor.

Of course, it is a bit of a pain having to go through all the object types in all the display modes where you don’t like the standard settings in order to make the change everywhere necessary. But it does mean that you’ll avoid losing Rhino functionality that depends on having OpenGL 4.1 or higher - and also that your arrowheads will work without having to wait for the bug fix!
