What does it look like when you open the STEP file in Rhino?
From the looks, it seems like the target application (AlphaCAM) doesn’t support trimmed surfaces. Perhaps there is some setting in that application than can be used? You can shrink all surfaces in Rhino before exporting, but not all trim curves might be in the direction of the isocurves…
