What would be the best way to proceed? Bamboo structure

Hi guys!

Question: How would be the best way to create a bamboo structure with tree shaped colums to a parametric curved roof, like this one above?

I´ve been searching on youtube for tutorials on how to do it but so far I´m hitting the wall everytime as those only refer to flat surfaces and are not working on the “organic, curved” one I modeled.
