I Have posted two problems regarding an installation problem. I have found two topics dealing with the very same problem, but there are no answers. Any idea what to do in this situation?
Well, when you don’t get an answer to a topic you started within a reasonable time, you can bump the topic by replying to your own post. If you find an existing topic that is not too old and that more or less matches your problem, but has no answers, reply to that to get some attention.
If it’s critical, e-mail or call McNeel support or your reseller directly.
That’s about all I can say, sometimes either nobody really knows the answer or the topic gets overlooked.
Note that Weaverbird is not a plug-in that is released by McNeel.
It doesn’t mean that we won’t try to help but, generally, in cases a 3rd party plug-in is involved, you’ll likely will have to hail the author or contact the author directly.
