What does the point parameter do in Circle Tan Tan

Hi all,

I wish to create a third circle tangent to two existing circles with a specific radius, but the component Circle TanTan only takes a point as an input parameter (arrow). Except I have no idea how this point’s position relates to the diameter of the circle.

Therefore, there is my questions:
1 - how does the position of the point influence the final circle

2 - how do create a circle tangent to two other circles but with a specific radius

The closest point to the provided point on the radical axis of the two circles becomes the center of the circle.
