Weave texture on double curved surface

I’m trying to apply this weave texture to a doubly curved surface. Additionally, I’d like to use the two curves as attractors, guiding the texture towards them. Can anyone help me figure out how to achieve this? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b4yDs9Yxfkc
