To do the “Exact” you better use just Rhinoceros, it will take you 3 minutes.
Make a profile, make a rounded square then rail revolve (rrebuild a square with 8 points for example).
Parametric is useful if you have some parameters that you want to change to have various design. If you need to copycat a design, Rhino is far better.
