Is there a way to analyse if my model is water tight? And a way to see where the gaps are?
If you select the object, look in Properties, it should say Closed Polysurface, if not it will be open. To find the gaps you can use ShowEdges, and select Naked edges. Another handy tool for this is in the ZoomNaked command.
