Watching or tracking whole sub forum

Is there a way to track/watch the whole of the visualarq, Lands and Octane sub forums? (Rather than only being able to track/watch existing topics and having to dig into each sub to see new topics)

Apologies if there is an easy solution (RTFM) for this that I’m missing…

Through your profile click to preferences, then through to categories. If after that it isn’t self-explanatory let us know.
