Wall lost when change hatch

Sometimes, when we change the hatch of a wall or in the wall style, the wall or the walls in the same style goes lost. Do you have a solution for these issues?

We use VisualARQ 2.4.0, Rhino 5.0 on Windows 10.

Hi Simon, that’s very strange. First of all, try this with the new version release that is available at the website: https://www.visualarq.com/download/
If problem persists, please send us a sample model to visualarq@asuni.com that we can test to reproduce this behavior.

Hi Francesc, thank you for your answer. An other observation: when I restart Rhino and the when I draw a default wall how is connected to the existing walls, the lost walls are displayed.
