I updated and I don’t think I chnaged the setting but the renders are so strange now - these are tests the darker ones were from before the update.
Any suggestions?

Can you share more information about your issue?
What is the lighting setup you have?
Are there any color correction layers in the VFB?
Which version of V-Ray are you updating from and to?
Sharing a simple project that demonstrates the issue will also be extremely helpful.
Note that we need the scene saved with the old V-Ray version.

It’s fine, thanks - vray update just changed the camera exposure
This is also not normal.
