I followed your instructions and this is the message that is loaded:
Thanks; that is very helpful. We may have to do this a few more times as I narrow in on the exact spot where the error is occurring.
Thanks. Do you want me to try two or three more times?
No, I need to adjust the code and get more accurate locations of the error.
Yes, I am adding checks to pin down the exact location where the problem is occurring. Once wefigure out the exact location in the code where the problem occurs we can start working on fixing the problem.
Very good. Thank you.
Rendering on the CPU (as in you case) is rather slow indeed, at least compared to an AMD our Nvidia GPU. You’re still having OpenGL problems, i.e. the HUD for the Raytraced views are missing.
I’ll let @stevebaer look into this further.
@Jose_Miguel_Lanzilot, please try the latest WIP that was made available yesterday. I believe we fixed the “black viewport” bug and would like to know if this actually is the case on your computer.
Luckily this time the screen is correct. There is another problem: it does not recognize the validation code.
That is great news; thanks for testing.
@brian can you help with this validation code issue?
Tells me that the validation code has expired
(image deleted by moderator because it contains a license key)
It looks like you’re needing to validate your license much more frequently than you should. Are you uninstalling Rhino before updating to the latest WIP?
I’ve added another validation to your license key - please try again and let me know if you still see problems.
No. Do not uninstall it. He also asks me again for the validation code.
Thank you very much
I am going to try
I have been experiencing this intermittently on Rhino 6 WIP for Mac. It usually only happens when I have full screened one of the viewports and switch to another one. When I went to the settings and turned off OpenGL antialiasing it stopped.
MacBook Pro 13", Mojave, Intel Iris Plus Graphics 650.
I tested a fix for something very similar recently.
See if the problem goes away when the next WIP build comes out and let us know please.
