I have a rectangular frame that I’m trying to fill with a Voronoi but I can’t find a way to include the inner boundary.

Would love to see this but won’t bother re-creating code from a screen shot. Any reason not to post the code?
You may want to remove all points inside the inner rectangle before using Voronoi though, now you get some weird small parts along the inner edge.
