Voronoi cell extrusion

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to extrude faces of voronoi cell but the extrusion change of direction on each faces…!

Green is the face of voronoi cell,
Red arrow the direction of left faces
Yellow arrow the direction of rigth faces

There not same direction, is it possible to fix ?
Definition used with internalized data :
