VisualARQ not in Zoo product type listing

Hi,
Have a client who is trying to install a VisualARQ license in their Zoo (6.10.18275.05111 ), but it isn’t in the list of license types to add…

Does anyone have any ideas on what’s wrong? @fsalla

Hmm, OK, I didn’t see this page that says that the Zoo requires a plug-in to accept VA licenses - will try that first.

Hi Mitch, there might be some missing dll required to add the VisualARQ license to the Zoo. This Microsoft package includes it:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8328

After installing it, it is necessary to restart the PC in order to add the VA license to the Zoo.
