VisualARQ issue with Rhino 6

Hi
When I enter plugin ARQ 2 , Rhino 6 will close the application. How should I solve it?

We need more information to figure out what’s happening.
What Rhino 6 version are you running?
What VisualARQ version have you installed?
Did you have any problems during the VisualARQ installation?
Try to uninstall and install VisualARQ again and let me know if the problem persists.

  • I`m using Version 6 SR10.
  • Visual ARQ 2.2.1
  • no i don`t have any problem during installation.
  • I have done it but still i have problem with that.

There is a newer version of VisualARQ (2.2.3). First of all, donwload and install it and see if problem persists.
By the way, are you sure you are using SR10? The current stable version is the SR8 and RC versions might not be 100% ready and have compatibility issues.
Let me know if any of these options fixes this problem.

Kaveh, where did you get the Rhino 6 SR10 so we can download it? as far as I know the newest RC version available is the RC9…
Also, when Rhino crashes, a .dmp file will be generated in your desktop. Please change this file’s name before closing the Rhino crash message, zip it and send it to us (visualarq@asuni.com). That way we can figure out what happened and fix any possible errors.

I uninstall both software (Rhino and ARQ) and i restart my device.
I install them again, I dont know why, but after that i do this, ARQ was running on that Rhino(SR10) without any problem ! now it works well but if i have any problem Ill tell you.
it happened suddenly may it crash again. I don`t know

I’m glad to hear that. If you experience the same problem again, please let us know it, as well as from where did you download the SR10 version you have.

I was searching for Rhinoceros last version suddenly i see that version.
