VisualARQ Explode GH component stops working?

Hi all,

I am facing issues whith the VA Explode component in Grasshopper. It seems to randomly stop working.
The component suddenly gets the error message “eNoDatabase”, without change in its input, and then stopps outputting data.

Has anyone faced that situation before ?
The only solution I had is to get a new (identical) VA Explode component to replace the non working one. The new one would then work for some time until it would stop again…
It is quite annoying as I don’t have a workaround to further process the geometry of those VA objects I am working with. I can’t find any other component able to “explode” VA objects.

Running VA 2.13.2.17721 on RH 7 SR37 (7.37.24107.15001, 2024-04-16)

Hi Romain,
Is this happening with a particular GH file? or also in others? are you using third-party add-ons in that definition? have you detected a pattern to follow to reproduce that error? if you can share a file to test this, it will help!
