My computer crashed during installation. I want to find the .exe files and all of the other files and uninstall them manually so that I can install the program again. Anyone knows the location of the files?
What happens if you try to install VisualARQ again? The installer should install fine if it doesn’t detect the corrupt installation. If the corrupt installation is found, the installer will give you an option to “Repair” it.
Manually deleting the files is never a good option, as some of them may be shared with other tools, like Lands Design, Dynamic Display, etc.So you can break other applications.
It just stays still and doesn’t install.
Can you be more specific?
Can you post an screenshot?
Deleting manually the files will not fix the Windows Installer database, so it won’t help. If you still want to try, here is a page that explains where are the files located:
I updated my windows 10 and restarted the PC again. It worked this time. I have no idea what was the problem.
I’m glad now it worked. Let me know if you find any issue.
