Greetings
Has anyone faced a similar problem and what is the solution?
Kind Regards

Hi @Daniel_Schwabe can you provide more information of this crash? which VRay version do you have? when does it crash? is it when you render the scene? or doing something else? can you share that file?

Greetings Francesc,
Thanks for your reply
I’m using This V-Ray version (which is the latest one)
It happens randomly, but mainly after you render several times. Then, the whole VisualArq gets corrupted. As you may see bellow even when you create new walls it is creating them in that manner.
Kind Regards

I can share the file with your email if that’s possible.

Ok, you can send the file to visualarq@asuni.com

I’ve sent it to that email

Quick update
Another bag is happening. So I open an old backup file and Uninstalled VRay. And now my walls are acting in a weird way.

Hi @Daniel_Schwabe I think I’ve got your file (although from a user with different name). Check the Absolute tolerance of your model (set it to 0,001m) and update the walls.

Can you share that file as well?
