VisualARQ 2 - Version 2.9 released (for Rhino 5, 6 and 7)

VisualARQ 2.9 is now available for download.

This release includes some new features and solves most of the issues reported by users. Please report any problem or suggestion here or send us an email to visualarq@asuni.com.

Here is the list of changes:

  • Object: Table:
    • #10168: Document parameters don’t appear in the parameter list of the table style source even if the type curve is selected
    • #10167: Document parameters don’t appear in the parameter list of the table source when the type is “any”
    • #10155: “Surface or polysurface” object type is displayed as “open polysurface” in tables
    • #10086: Custom parameters can’t be listed in a table for curves
  • Performance:
    • #10091: Slow performance when activating a specific section
  • Style:
    • #10120: Crash after inserting a .VAL file

NOTES

  • These are the required Rhino versions to install VisualARQ:
    • Rhino 5 SR 6 or later.
    • Rhino 6 SR14 or later.
    • Rhino 7 Beta 7.0.20295.18003 (21/10/2020) or later.
  • File format hasn’t been changed in this release. Files saved with VisualARQ 2.9 can be opened with VisualARQ 2.3 or greater.
  • If you have Lands Design installed, it’s recommended to upgrade it to the latest version Lands Design 5.3.

Hi I updated to 2.9 on R6 but got an error loading VisualARQ.rhp : plug-in initialization failed. Tried repair but didn’t work. R7 is fine tho.
