Hi,
I have found that offsets for individual wall layers don’t work when windows are inserted

CourtainWallExtend command works fine except that it gives strange results for “Glass partition” style

Hello,
The next issue is with the structural type: the horizontal supports don’t behave properly with not so horizontal borders, when extended upwards or downwards. They just try to stay horizontal… The vertical ones neatly fit to upper border, but with the bottom ones something is wrong…

Cheers, Jaro

Hi @Tomek_Wloga,

I cannot reproduce the issue:

There must be something else that is causing this bug.
Can you send me the model to visualarq@asuni.com so I can take a look?

Again, can you send us the model?

Thanks,

Enric

Hi @jerry.bakowski,

Can you send us the model to visualarq@asuni.com?

Thanks,

Enric

Hi @Tomek_Wloga,

I have been able to reproduce the layer offset issue. Wrappings needs to be enabled:

I’ll try to fix it for 2.6.1.

Enric

Hi @Tomek_Wloga and @jerry.bakowski,

We have fixed some of the errors what you reported here:

  • Wall layer thickness on walls with windows inserted and wrappings enabled.

  • Curtain wall extension to bottom objects:

The missing glass partitions may be fixed as well, but we need your file in order to test it.

Regarding the missing support in the extended cells, you’re right, this feature hasn’t been implemented yet. It is working fine for the frame object, but we have yet to implement it for support. We have added it to our wish list, so I think it will probably be fixed for VisualARQ 2.7.

Here is the latest build of VisualARQ 2.6.1 for Rhino 6:

Please try it and let us know if ti works.

Thanks,

Enric

Hello Enric,
I have installed the new version and just sent you a mail with some notes.
Regards, Jaro

Hi Jaro, this has been fixed in VisualARQ 2.6.1. version.
