Try to follow these steps:

  1. Make sure you have VisualARQ 2.1.1 installed on both Rhino 5 and Rhino 6.
  2. Make sure you have VisualARQ 2.1.1 Zoo Plugin installed in Zoo Server. When updating from VisualARQ 2.0, you need to first remove all VisualARQ licenses from Zoo and adding them again, because of an internal change in how VisualARQ Zoo PlugIn stores licenses in Zoo.
  3. When starting VisualARQ, if you get error 312, change license mode to “Viewer”, restart Rhino, and change it back to “Network”.
