Hi VisualArq Team,
I’m Luana and I’m writing from Bologna (Italy). I’m using VisualArq version 2.13.2 on Rhino7.
I was using the 2d plan view but suddenly, while I was moving a window, most of the drawing of the plan view disappeared. I thought that was a problem of the plan view, so I tried to generated another one, but nothing changed.
In fact, the problem was inside the entire model because now every time I move an element (window, wall etc…) something disappear or change position.
I think it’s a bug of the system but I don’t know how to solve it…
Herwith attached there are some screenshoot:
- 2d plan view (with missing lines)
- when I move a wall, other elements disappears (or change position)
