Mac Rhino’s interface is not the same as Windows Rhino.
The tools are different so it’s not currently possible, but you can get it closer than you have currently.
You can have a couple of Inspector Sidebars on the right side. They have icons on the top to quickly change them.
You can also turn on tabbed toolbars.
These control are in:
Rhinoceros > Preferences > Themes
Try Rhino for Windows or Custom and turn on Show ribbon bar.
The Inspector sidebar controls are farther down the page.
After you make changes, you need to Quit Rhino (Cmd+Q) and restart.
