Viewport tabs are changing places

Hello.
My viewport tabs are constantly changing places.

I’m trying keep them in this order: Perspective, Top, Front, Right, but for whatever reason they keep switching places and seems like in random order.
I can’t figure out why.

Any tips why this happening and how to stop it?

P.S.
I do often have multiple Rhino windows opened, but I don’t change view in any of the tabs, I only switch tabs (besides occasionally I switch view in perspective tab to plan, but always switch it back to perspective when I’m done)

This happens with me too. The command _4View might work to fix this when it happens.

I think I figured out what causing this: It set the first tab to whatever viewport was maximized when file was saved.

Looks like a bug, I doubt it’s intentional by design…

@Measure thank you for the tip, I didn’t know about that command, it’s a quick work around the issue.

any chance you have hotkeys set up for your views?

here if I’m in the top viewport and hot key to say perspective, the tab label changes below to reflect-

if I hotkey back to top, it returns to what I had before.

Not in my case. I’m 100% able reproduce this by saving drawing and reopening it without closing Rhino. Whichever viewport tab was active on save become first tab after opening.
