I have noticed that ViewCaptureToClipboard does not work any more. View capture settings opens, but once I click ok., save window does not appear.
I have also lost my Rhino settings and had to do them again.

It sounds like you are thinking of the ViewCaptureToFile command - the ViewCaptureToClipboard command simply put the bitmap on the clipboard when you click OK.
