View Tabs freeze on Rhino 6 and 7 (WIP)

I’m working with combined layout tabs but when I reopen the file, layout panel looks empty, even though I have 19 layouts.

This was just reported by @VectorTom as well but I can’t reproduce this here.
Is it also the case for you that when you open the file from the File > Open menu, that the list gets populated as it should?

I just found out that this problem only happens when you open a drawing from the Rhino start pop up tab recent files. When I open the drawing just by clicking on the file or from the tab: file - open, everything is OK.

What about opening the file from the last-used items on the File menu?
Is the Layouts panel active when you open the file or do you switch to it and find it empty?
