Very complex curve crashing grasshopper > trying to create a knit/weave

I am creating a knit/weave in grasshopper. I have my curves all sorted but they are long and complex. I eventually want to use these in a pipe function to create the “thread”. I want to be able to product a stl file from this eventually.

In a simpler example I was using rebuild curve to simplify it before the pipe. Now I have more than 1000 points in a curve.

Any suggestions on how to deal with such long complex curves? Or an alternative approach to create my “thread”? Or any plugins which might help? Thank you


Some ideas that might work:

-Meshpipe with grasshopper
-dendro isosurfacing with grasshopper
-apply curvepiping as rendermesh and then extract rendermesh
