Vanishing buildings - rh 7

hi, after creating a building model in rhino 7 , saving and closing, then reopening -a part of the the polysurfcess are missing but still can be seen as a “ghost” (see attached pic) and cant be selected.

(i should say that before closing the document i did extrude face to the bottem of the polysurfeces)
love your help on how to restore to normal.

Can you post you file, then others and myself can take a look to see if we also experience this problem.

Its also nice to post your Systeminfo. Run the command in rhino and copy-paste the results. The McNeel can help you.

I’m not seeing the left building at all, the right one seems fine to me.

I did see that you have alot of open non manifold polysrf’s.
You can use commands like Cap to close these (The Cap command fills planar holes in objects with planar faces).

If the building really is gone you might need to retrieve it form an autosave?
c:\users[username]\appdata\local\McNeel\Rhinocerous\7.0\Autosave

Maybe update Rhino to the latest, you’re on 7.1, the current version is 7.36…

… if you can, the license type looks suspect.
